YESS Law Appoints Saher Osman as Mediation Lead and Announces New Collaboration with ADR ODR International

YESS Law is delighted to announce the appointment of Saher Osman as Mediation Lead. This is a new role marking a significant step forward in our mission to promote mediation, an underrated and underused tool in early workplace dispute resolution. Saher joined YESS Law in 2018 and trained as a mediator in 2021, since which she has developed her – mediation practice, becoming a skilful and sought-after mediator.

Saher now leads our expanding mediation team.  Accredited mediators Clare Fowler, Christianne Silverwood and Vidhya Jayarajah will work with Saher, mediating workplace disputes  and promoting the benefits of mediation in line with our charitable objects. .  

YESS Law is also excited to announce a new collaboration with ADR ODR International Limited , a global leader in dispute resolution training and services. – With ADR ODR International’s support and expertise, we are equipping our mediators with even broader perspectives on conflict resolution.

Since our formation in 2014, YESS Law has helped to resolve thousands of workplace disputes without the need for litigation. We’ve helped many employers and employees reach fair outcomes in a more collaborative and less adversarial manner. Our focus has always been on early resolution – preventing conflicts from escalating into costly legal battles. 

This partnership will allow YESS Law’s accredited mediators to leverage ADR ODR International’s global experience, ensuring that parties benefit from the most current and effective mediation practices.

Looking to the Future The collaboration with ADR ODR International and Saher’s appointment will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our mediation practice and expand our capacity and expertise in helping parties resolve workplace disputes without recourse to litigation.
