As demand for our services continues to grow, we are looking for an Employment Solicitor to join our team.

The Role

You will provide employment law advice and support to a varied client base and play a key role in helping individuals resolve workplace disputes constructively.

Responsibilities will include:

Advising clients on a broad range of employment law matters
Negotiating settlements and agreements
Supporting dispute resolution and mediation-focused approaches
Managing your own caseload
Delivering practical and commercially focused advice
Contributing to the growth and development of YESS services

About You

We’re looking for a solicitor who combines strong technical knowledge with empathy, sound judgement and a commitment to helping others.

You may be:

An experienced employment solicitor seeking a more meaningful role
Looking to move away from private practice and billing targets
