Working Families is a charity providing free specialist legal advice and information for parents and carers about their rights at work. They advise on areas including maternity, paternity, shared parental leave, emergency leave, imposed changes, flexible working requests, pregnancy and maternity discrimination and in-work benefits. Heads Up was founded by qualified teacher and experienced leadership coach Sonia Gill. Head’s up specialise in helping schools become authentically outstanding through their Journey to Outstanding programme. They also train school leaders in how to have Successful Difficult Conversations and offer School Leadership Coaching.

Since 2015 all schools that Heads Up have worked with on their Journey to Outstanding programme have improved by a least 1 Ofsted grade.
