Following a successful pilot project in 2018, and an emergency partnership to provide advice and support for issues arising from the COVID-19 pandemic in May-July 2020, the current project started in August 2020 and will run for 3 years.
We use our extensive expertise in workplace dispute resolution to help women at a time in their careers where, despite legal protection, they are at their most vulnerable to discrimination and unfair treatment.
The service is only on referral from Maternity Action following case assessment. It is not possible to access this service by contacting YESS directly.
